Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 6. Real and complex Lie groups

Let E be a complete normed space over C\mathbf{C}, v∈L(E)v \in \mathscr{L}(E) and g=exp⁡vg = \exp v. Suppose that every z∈Sp vz \in \mathrm{Sp}\, v satisfies −π2<J(z)<π2-\frac{\pi}{2} < \mathscr{J}(z) < \frac{\pi}{2}. Then, for every closed vector subspace M of L(E)\mathscr{L}(E), the conditions gMg−1=MgMg^{-1} = M and [v,M]⊂M[v, M] \subset M are equivalent.

Let F=L(E)F = \mathscr{L}(E), g′g' be the mapping f↦gfg−1f \mapsto gfg^{-1} of F into F and v′v' be the mapping f↦[v,f]f \mapsto [v, f] of F into F. Then g′=exp⁡v′g' = \exp v' (no. 4, Corollary 3 to Proposition 10 and § 3, no. 11, Corollary 1 to Proposition 41). Lemma 6 proves that −π<J(z)<π-\pi < \mathscr{J}(z) < \pi for all z∈Sp v′z \in \mathrm{Sp}\, v'. It then suffices to apply Proposition 19.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
