Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 7. Lie groups over an ultrametric field

Let GG be a standard group.

(i) If aa is a non-zero ideal of AA contained in mm, G(a)G(a) is an open normal subgroup of GG.

(ii) The G(aλ)G(a_\lambda), for λ>0\lambda > 0, form a fundamental system of neighbourhoods of ee in GG.

(iii) Suppose that aλ⊂aa_\lambda \subset a for λ≥λ0\lambda \geq \lambda_0 and let the G(a)/G(aλ)G(a)/G(a_\lambda), for λ≥λ0\lambda \geq \lambda_0, be given the discrete topology. Then the topological group G(a)G(a) is the inverse limit of the groups G(a)/G(aλ)G(a)/G(a_\lambda).

(iv) Let a,ba, b be non-zero ideals of AA contained in mm such that a⊃b⊃a2a \supset b \supset a^2. The mapping x↦(x1 mod b,…,xr mod b)x \mapsto (x_1 \bmod b, \ldots, x_r \bmod b) of G(a)G(a) into (a/b)×⋯×(a/b)(a/b) \times \cdots \times (a/b) defines on passing to the quotient an isomorphism of the group G(a)/G(b)G(a)/G(b) onto the additive group (a/b)×⋯×(a/b)(a/b) \times \cdots \times (a/b).

If x∈Gx \in G and y∈G(a)y \in G(a), the coordinates of xx and x.yx.y are equal modulo aa. Hence, for x′,x′′x', x'' in GG and y′,y′′y', y'' in G(a)G(a), the coordinates of x′.x′′x'.x'' and (x′.y′).(x′′.y′′)(x'.y').(x''.y'') are equal modulo aa. This proves (i).

(ii) is obvious.

(iii) follows from the above and General Topology, Chapter III, § 7, Proposition 2.

If x∈G(a)x \in G(a) and y∈G(a)y \in G(a), the coordinates of x.yx.y are congruent to those of x+yx + y modulo G(a2)G(a^2) by formula (4) of § 5. This proves (iv).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
