Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 9. Commutators, centralizers and normalizers in a Lie group

Let G be a finite-dimensional real or complex Lie group, g its Lie algebra, A an integral subgroup of G and a=L(A)a = L(A). Then NG(A)=NG(a)N_G(A) = N_G(a) and NG(A)N_G(A) is a Lie subgroup of G containing A‾\overline{A}, with Lie algebra ng(a)n_g(a). The equality NG(A)=NG(a)N_G(A) = N_G(a) follows from § 6, no. 2, Corollary 2 to Proposition 3. By Proposition 10, NG(A)N_G(A) is then a Lie subgroup of G with Lie algebra ng(a)n_g(a). Hence NG(A)N_G(A) is closed. As NG(A)⊃AN_G(A) \supset A, NG(A)⊃A‾N_G(A) \supset \overline{A}.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
