Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter V, § 2. Reflections

*Let HH and H′H' be two distinct, parallel, non-isotropic hyperplanes. If KK is of characteristic zero (resp. p>0p > 0, with p≠2p \neq 2), the group of displacements of EE generated by sHs_H and sH′s_{H'} is an infinite dihedral group (resp. a dihedral group of order 2p2p).

Indeed, by Prop. 2 of Chap. IV, § 1, no. 2, it suffices to show that sH′sHs_{H'} s_H is of infinite order (resp. order 2p2p), which is clear.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
