Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter V, § 3. Groups of displacements generated by reflections

Let Σ\Sigma be a set of reflections generating W. Then every reflection belonging to W is conjugate to an element of Σ\Sigma.

Let H′\mathfrak{H}' be the set of hyperplanes of the form w(H)w(H) with w∈Ww \in W and H∈HH \in \mathfrak{H} such that sH∈Σs_H \in \Sigma. Since W is generated by the family (sH)H∈H′(s_H)_{H \in \mathfrak{H}'} and since H′\mathfrak{H}' is stable under W, we can apply all the results of this no. to H′\mathfrak{H}' instead of H\mathfrak{H}; but Th. 1, (iv) shows that every reflection in W is of the form sHs_H with H∈H′H \in \mathfrak{H}', hence the corollary.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
