General Topology, chapter I, § 5. Open mappings and closed mappings

Let (Xi)i∈I,(Yi)i∈I(X_i)_{i \in I}, (Y_i)_{i \in I} be two families of topological spaces indexed by the same set II. For each i∈Ii \in I let fif_i be an open mapping of XiX_i into YiY_i, and suppose that fif_i is surjective for all but a finite number of indices. Then the product mapping f:(xi)→(fi(xi))f : (x_i) \to (f_i(x_i)) of ∏i∈IXi\prod_{i \in I} X_i into ∏i∈IYi\prod_{i \in I} Y_i is open.

By virtue of Proposition 5 we need only prove that the image under ff of any elementary set ∏i∈IAi\prod_{i \in I} A_i in ∏i∈IXi\prod_{i \in I} X_i is open in ∏i∈IYi\prod_{i \in I} Y_i. But this image is ∏i∈Ifi(Ai)\prod_{i \in I} f_i(A_i), and the hypotheses imply that fi(Ai)f_i(A_i) is open in YiY_i for each i∈Ii \in I, and that fi(Ai)=Yif_i(A_i) = Y_i for all but a finite number of indices; whence the result.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
