General Topology, chapter II, § 3. Complete spaces

Let XX be a uniform space and let AA be a dense subset of XX such that every Cauchy filter base on AA converges in XX. Then XX is complete.

It is enough to show that every minimal Cauchy filter F\mathfrak{F} on XX is convergent. Since AA is dense and since every set of F\mathfrak{F} has a non-empty interior (no. 2, Corollary 4 to Proposition 5), the trace FA\mathfrak{F}_A of F\mathfrak{F} on AA is a Cauchy filter on AA, hence converges to a point x0∈Xx_0 \in X. Since F\mathfrak{F} is coarser than the filter on XX generated by FA\mathfrak{F}_A, it follows that F\mathfrak{F} converges to x0x_0 (no. 2, Corollary 3 to Proposition 5).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
