General Topology, chapter III, § 2. Subgroups, quotient groups, homomorphisms homogeneous spaces, product groups

A continuous homomorphism of a topological group GG into a topological group G′G' is said to be a strict morphism of GG into G′G' if the bijective homomorphism f˙\dot{f} of G/f−1‾(e′)G/\overline{f^{-1}}(e') onto f(G)f(G), associated with ff, is an isomorphism of topological groups (in other words, if f˙\dot{f} is bicontinuous).

An isomorphism of a topological group GG onto a topological group G′G' is therefore a bijective strict morphism of GG onto G′G'.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
