General Topology, chapter III, § 2. Subgroups, quotient groups, homomorphisms homogeneous spaces, product groups

The topological group obtained by giving the product set

G=∏i∈IGi G = \prod_{i \in I} G_i

the group structure which is the product of the group structures of the GiG_i and the topology which is the product of the topologies of the GiG_i is called the product of the topological groups GiG_i.

If (Jx)x∈K(J_x)_{x \in K} is a partition of II, then GG is isomorphic to the product of the topological groups ∏i∈JxGi\prod_{i \in J_x} G_i (associativity of the product).

If HiH_i is a subgroup of GiG_i, then the product of the topological groups HiH_i is isomorphic to the subgroup ∏i∈JHi\prod_{i \in J} H_i of ∏i∈IGi\prod_{i \in I} G_i. In particular, if JJ is any subset of II, and J′=CJJ' = C J, then the topological group ∏i∈JGi\prod_{i \in J} G_i is isomorphic to the normal subgroup GJ′=(∏i∈JGi)×(∏i∈J′{ei})G'_J = (\prod_{i \in J} G_i) \times (\prod_{i \in J'} \{e_i\}) of GG. Since the projection of every open set is an open set, the projection prJ\mathrm{pr}_J of GG onto ∏i∈JGi\prod_{i \in J} G_i is a strict morphism, and consequently the quotient group G/G′G/G' is isomorphic to GJ′G'_J; GG is isomorphic to the product GJ′×(G/GJ′)G'_J \times (G/G'_J).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
