General Topology, chapter X, § 1. The uniformity of $\mathscr{G}$-convergence

Let XX be a topological space, S\mathscr{S} a set of subsets of XX, and YY a uniform space. Let C~S(X;Y)\tilde{C}_\mathscr{S}(X; Y) denote the set of all mappings of XX into YY whose restriction to each set of S\mathscr{S} is continuous. Then C~S(X;Y)\tilde{C}_\mathscr{S}(X; Y) is a closed subspace of the uniform space FS(X;Y)F_\mathscr{S}(X; Y) and is complete if YY is complete.

Suppose that uu lies in the closure of C~S(X;Y)\tilde{C}_\mathscr{S}(X; Y) in FS(X;Y)F_\mathscr{S}(X; Y); then (no. 2), for each A∈SA \in \mathscr{S}, u∣Au|A lies in the closure of C(A;Y)C(A; Y) in Fu(A;Y)F_u(A; Y), and is therefore continuous by Theorem 2.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
