General Topology, chapter X, § 2. Equicontinuous sets

Let XX be a topological space and YY a uniform space. A subset HH of F(X;Y)\mathscr{F}(X; Y) is said to be equicontinuous at a point x0∈Xx_0 \in X if, for each entourage VV of YY, there is a neighbourhood UU of x0x_0 in XX such that (f(x0),f(x))∈V(f(x_0), f(x)) \in V for all x∈Ux \in U and all f∈Hf \in H. H is said to be equicontinuous if it is equicontinuous at every point of XX.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
