General Topology, chapter X, § 3. Special function spaces

Likewise, the topology induced on C(X;Y)C(X; Y) by the product topology on YX=F(X;Y)Y^X = \mathscr{F}(X; Y) is called the topology of pointwise convergence (YY being not necessarily uniformizable); it is generated by sets of the form T({x},U)T(\{x\}, U) as xx runs through XX and UU runs through the set of all open subsets of YY, and it is therefore coarser than the compact-open topology. We deduce that, if YY is Hausdorff, the space Cc(X;Y)C_c(X; Y) is Hausdorff (Chapter I, § 8, no. 1, Proposition 5, Corollary).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
