Algebra, VIII, p. 345, § 17. Reduced Norms and Traces

For every integer rr such that 0⩽r⩽n0\leqslant r\leqslant n, the mapping brb_r from A to K is a homogeneous polynomial mapping of degree rr. In particular, the reduced norm is a homogeneous polynomial mapping of degree nn from A to K.

Let (ei)i∈I(e_i)_{i\in I} be a basis of A over K and T=(Ti)i∈I\mathbf{T}= (T_i)_{i\in I} a family of variables.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
