Commutative Algebra, chapter III, § 3. m-adic topologies on Noetherian rings

Let AA be a Zariski ring such that A^\hat{A} is an integral domain, LL the field of fractions of A^\hat{A} and K⊂LK \subset L the field of fractions of AA; then A^∩K=A\hat{A} \cap K = A.

Clearly A⊂A^∩KA \subset \hat{A} \cap K; on the other hand, if x∈A^∩Kx \in \hat{A} \cap K, then A^x⊂A^\hat{A}x \subset \hat{A} and hence, as A^x=A^⊗A(Ax)\hat{A}x = \hat{A} \otimes_A (Ax) (no. 4, Theorem 3), A^⊗A((Ax+A)/A)=0\hat{A} \otimes_A ((Ax + A)/A) = 0. As A^\hat{A} is a faithfully flat AA-module (Proposition 9), we deduce that Ax⊂AAx \subset A, whence x∈Ax \in A.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
