Commutative Algebra, chapter V, § 2. The lift of prime ideals

Let h:A→A′h : A \to A' be a ring homomorphism such that A′A' is integral over AA, aa and pp two ideals of AA such that a⊂pa \subset p and a′a' an ideal of A′A' lying above aa. Suppose that pp is prime. Then there exists a prime ideal p′p' of A′A' lying above pp and containing a′a'.

If h1:A/a→A′/a′h_1 : A/a \to A'/a' is the homomorphism derived from hh by taking quotients, h1h_1 is injective by hypothesis and A′/a′A'/a' is integral over A/aA/a (§1§ 1, no. 1, Proposition 2); then there exists a prime ideal p′/a′p'/a' of A′/a′A'/a' (p' prime in AA) lying above p/ap/a (Theorem 1) and p′p' is the required ideal.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
