Commutative Algebra, chapter V, § 3. Finitely generated algebras over a field

Let AA be a ring and BB an AA-algebra integral over AA. If AA is a Jacobson ring, so is BB.

Replacing AA by its canonical image in BB, we may assume that A⊂BA \subset B. Let p′\mathfrak{p}' be a prime ideal of BB and let p=A∩p′\mathfrak{p} = A \cap \mathfrak{p}'. There exists by hypothesis a family (mλ)λ∈L(\mathfrak{m}_\lambda)_{\lambda \in L} of maximal ideals of AA whose intersection is equal top. For all λ∈L\lambda \in L there exists a maximal ideal mλ′\mathfrak{m}'_\lambda of BB lying above mλ\mathfrak{m}_\lambda and containing p′\mathfrak{p}' (§ 2, no. 1, Proposition 1 and Corollary 2 to Theorem 1). If we write q′=⋂λ∈Lmλ′\mathfrak{q}' = \bigcap_{\lambda \in L} \mathfrak{m}'_\lambda, then q′∩A=⋂λ∈Lmλ=p\mathfrak{q}' \cap A = \bigcap_{\lambda \in L} \mathfrak{m}_\lambda = \mathfrak{p} and q′⊃p′\mathfrak{q}' \supset \mathfrak{p}', whence q′=p′\mathfrak{q}' = \mathfrak{p}' (22, no. 1, Corollary 1 to Proposition 1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
