Commutative Algebra, chapter VI, § 5. The topology defined by a valuation

Suppose that vv is not improper and KK is complete. Let EE be a left topological vector space over KK, which is Hausdorff and of finite dimension nn. For every basis (ei)1≤i≤n(e_i)_{1 \leq i \leq n} of EE over KK, the mapping (ai)↦∑i=1naiei(a_i) \mapsto \sum_{i=1}^n a_i e_i of KsnK^n_s onto EE is a topological vector space isomorphism.

Taking account of Proposition 3 and its corollary, the proof is the same as that of Topological Vector Spaces, Chapter I, § 2, Theorem 2.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
