Topological Vector Spaces, chapter IV, § 1. Duality

— We know (II, p. 48, prop. 7, (ii)) that ι\iota is a topological vector space isomorphism from Es′/M∘E'_s/M^\circ onto Ms′M'_s (weak duals). For the topology of compact convex convergence, prop. 10 shows that ι\iota is an isomorphism from Ecc′/M∘E'_{cc}/M^\circ onto Mcc′M'_{cc} when EE is Hausdorff and MM closed in EE. For the strong topologies, ι\iota is a continuous mapping from Eb′/M∘E'_b/M^\circ onto Mb′M'_b; it is an isomorphism if EE is a Banach space \* or if EE is semi-reflexive and MM is closed in EE (IV, p. 15) *, but this is not always so if EE is a Fréchet space (IV, p. 58, exerc. 5, c)).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
