If the image under mm of the set of f∈K(T)f \in \mathscr{K}(T) such that sup⁡t∈T∣f(t)∣≤1\sup_{t \in T} |f(t)| \leq 1 is weakly relatively compact in FF, then ∫fdm∈F\int f dm \in F for every bounded numerical function ff essentially integrable for mm.

Let AA be the set of f∈L(m)f \in \mathscr{L}(m) such that sup⁡t∈T∣f(t)∣≤1\sup_{t \in T} |f(t)| \leq 1, and let B=A∩K(T)B = A \cap \mathscr{K}(T); by hypothesis, m(B)m(B) is weakly relatively compact in FF, therefore it suffices to show that m(A)m(A) is contained in the closure (in F′∗{F'}^*) of m(B)m(B) for the topology σ(F′∗,F′)\sigma({F'}^*, F'); since m(B)m(B) is convex and balanced, it suffices to prove that the polar of m(B)m(B) in F′F' is contained in that of m(A)m(A) (TVS, II, §6, No. 3, Th. 1). Now, for a linear form z′∈F′z' \in F' to belong to (m(B))∘(m(B))^\circ, it is necessary and sufficient that ∣⟨z′,m(g)⟩∣=∣∫gd(z′∘m)∣≤1|\langle z', m(g)\rangle| = |\int g d(z'\circ m)| \leq 1 for every function g∈Bg \in B, which signifies that the scalar measure ∣z′∘m∣|z'\circ m| is bounded and of norm ≤1\leq 1 (Ch. III, §1, No. 8); but by (2) the latter condition implies that ∣⟨z′,m(f)⟩∣≤1|\langle z', m(f)\rangle| \leq 1 for every function f∈Af \in A, whence z′∈(m(A))∘z' \in (m(A))^\circ.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
