Integration, VII, p. 61, § 3. Applications and examples

Affine group. For every X∈GL(n,K)X \in \mathbf{GL}(n, K) and every x∈Knx \in K^n, let (X,x)(X, x) be the affine linear mapping ξ↦Xξ+x\xi \mapsto X\xi + x in KnK^n. The set of (X,x)(X, x) is the affine group GG of KnK^n (A, II, §9, No. 4). The set TT of translations is a closed normal subgroup of GG, canonically isomorphic to KnK^n; on the other hand, GL(n,K)\mathbf{GL}(n, K) is a closed subgroup of GG, and GG is the semi-direct product of GL(n,K)\mathbf{GL}(n, K) and T=KnT = K^n. One equips GG with the (locally compact) topology for which GG is the topological semi-direct product of GL(n,K)\mathbf{GL}(n, K) and TT (GT, III, §2, No. 10). One has

(X,x)=(1,x)⋅(X,0). (X, x) = (1, x) \cdot (X, 0).
On the other hand, if X∈GL(n,K)X \in \mathbf{GL}(n, K) and x∈Tx \in T then, for every ξ∈Kn\xi \in K^n,
(X,0)(1,x)(X,0)−1ξ=X(X−1ξ+x)=ξ+Xx=(1,Xx)ξ, (X, 0)(1, x)(X, 0)^{-1}\xi = X(X^{-1}\xi + x) = \xi + Xx = (1, Xx)\xi,
therefore the automorphism (1,x)↦(X,0)(1,x)(X,0)−1(1, x) \mapsto (X, 0)(1, x)(X, 0)^{-1} of TT has modulus mod  (det⁡X)\mod(\det X) (§1, No. 10, Prop. 15). In view of Example 1 and §2, No. 9, Remark, the measure
(5)mod  (det⁡X)−n−1⋅(⨂ijdxij)⊗(⨂idxi)(X=(xij), x=(xi)) (5) \quad \mod(\det X)^{-n-1} \cdot \left( \bigotimes_{ij} dx_{ij} \right) \otimes \left( \bigotimes_i dx_i \right) \qquad (X = (x_{ij}), \ x = (x_i))
is a left Haar measure on GG. On the other hand, by Prop. 14 of §2, No. 9,
ΔG((X,x))=ΔGL(n,K)(X)ΔKn(x)(mod  det⁡X)−1, \Delta_G((X, x)) = \Delta_{\mathbf{GL}(n, K)}(X) \Delta_{K^n}(x) (\mod \det X)^{-1},
or
(6)ΔG((X,x))=mod  (det⁡X−1). (6) \quad \Delta_G((X, x)) = \mod(\det X^{-1}).

Thus, a right Haar measure on GG is given by

(mod  det⁡X)−n⋅(⨂ijdxij)⊗(⨂idxi). (\mod \det X)^{-n} \cdot \left( \bigotimes_{ij} dx_{ij} \right) \otimes \left( \bigotimes_i dx_i \right).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
