Integration, chapter VIII, § 4. Convolution of measures and functions

Let GG be a locally compact group, β\beta a Haar measure on GG, EE a Hausdorff barreled locally convex space, UU a linear representation of GG in EE, such that U(s)∈L(E;E)U(s) \in \mathscr{L}(E;E) for all s∈Gs \in G, β\beta-measurable when L(E;E)\mathscr{L}(E;E) is equipped with the topology of pointwise convergence. Then UU is a continuous linear representation.

Let Γ\Gamma be the group of automorphisms of EE, equipped with the topology of pointwise convergence. This topology is Hausdorff and is invariant under translations. Let KK be a compact subset of Γ\Gamma. Then KK is bounded in L(E;E)\mathscr{L}(E;E) equipped with the topology of pointwise convergence, hence is equicontinuous (TVS, III, §4, No. 2, Th. 1); therefore the mapping (u,v)↦v∘u(u,v) \mapsto v \circ u of K×KK \times K into L(E;E)\mathscr{L}(E;E) is continuous (loc. cit., §5, No. 5, Cor. 1 of Prop. 9). Therefore, for every x∈Ex \in E, the mapping s↦U(s)xs \mapsto U(s)x of GG into EE is continuous (Prop. 18). Since EE is barreled, UU is continuous (§2, No. 1, Prop. 1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
