Integration, chapter VIII, § 5. The space of closed subgroups

— Under the hypotheses of Prop. 2, the mapping α↦(⟨φ,α⟩,α⟨φ,α⟩)\alpha \mapsto \left( \langle \varphi, \alpha \rangle, \frac{\alpha}{\langle \varphi, \alpha \rangle} \right) is a homeomorphism of Γ\Gamma onto the product space R+∗×Γφ\mathbf{R}_+^* \times \Gamma_\varphi.

Since the mapping α↦⟨φ,α⟩\alpha \mapsto \langle \varphi, \alpha \rangle is vaguely continuous, it suffices to observe that ⟨φ,α⟩≠0\langle \varphi, \alpha \rangle \neq 0 for every measure α∈Γ\alpha \in \Gamma, since ee belongs to the support HαH_\alpha of α\alpha and φ(e)>0\varphi(e) > 0.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
