Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter I, § 1. Definition of Lie algebras

Let g and h be two Lie algebras over K and f a homomorphism of g onto h. Then f(Dpg)=Dpf,f(Cpg)=Cphf(\mathscr{D}^pg) = \mathscr{D}^pf, f(\mathscr{C}^pg) = \mathscr{C}^ph.

If a and b are submodules of g, it follows immediately that

f([a,b])=[f(a),f(b)]. f([a, b]) = [f(a), f(b)].
The proposition is then immediate by induction on pp.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
