General Topology, chapter I, § 8. Hausdorff spaces and regular spaces

If ff is a continuous mapping of a topological space XX into a Hausdorff space YY, then the graph of ff is closed in X×YX \times Y.

For this graph is the set of all (x,y)∈X×Y(x, y) \in X \times Y such that f(x)=yf(x) = y, and the two mappings (x,y)→y(x, y) \to y and (x,y)→f(x)(x, y) \to f(x) are continuous.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
