General Topology, chapter III, § 2. Subgroups, quotient groups, homomorphisms homogeneous spaces, product groups

A subgroup HH of a topological group GG is discrete if and only if HH has an isolated point. Every discrete subgroup of a Hausdorff group is closed.

If HH is discrete, every point of HH is isolated. Conversely if HH has an isolated point, then by translation every point of HH is isolated and therefore HH is discrete. If HH is discrete and GG is Hausdorff, then there is a neighbourhood VV of ee such that V∩H={e}V \cap H = \{e\}; {e}\{e\} is closed in GG and therefore a fortiori in VV, so that HH is locally closed at ee. Hence HH is closed in GG by Proposition 4.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
