Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter III, § 7. Lie groups over an ultrametric field

Let G be a Lie group. There exists an exponential mapping ϕ\phi of G with the following properties: (i) ϕ\phi is defined on an open subgroup U of the additive group L(G)L(G); (ii) ϕ(U)\phi(U) is an open subgroup of G and ϕ\phi is an isomorphism of the analytic manifold U onto the analytic manifold ϕ(U)\phi(U); (iii) ϕ(nx)=ϕ(x)n\phi(nx) = \phi(x)^n for all x∈Ux \in U and all n∈Zn \in \mathbf{Z}.

Let L(G)L(G) be given a norm compatible with its topology and such that ∥[x,y]∥≤∥x∥∥y∥\| [x, y] \| \leq \| x \| \| y \| for x,yx, y in L(G)L(G). Let G1G_1 be the Lie group defined by L(G)L(G). Let ψ=IdG1\psi = \mathrm{Id}_{G_1}, which is an exponential mapping of G1G_1. For all μ>0\mu > 0, let LμL_\mu be the set of x∈L(G)x \in L(G) such that ∥x∥<μ\| x \| < \mu. Then, for μ\mu sufficiently small, LμL_\mu is an open subgroup of the additive group L(G)L(G), ψ(Lμ)\psi(L_\mu) is an open subgroup of G1G_1 (§ 4, no. 2, Lemma 3), ψ∣Lμ\psi|L_\mu is an isomorphism of analytic manifolds of LμL_\mu onto ψ(Lμ)\psi(L_\mu) and ψ(nx)=ψ(x)n\psi(nx) = \psi(x)^n for all x∈Lμx \in L_\mu and all n∈Zn \in \mathbf{Z}. The LμL_\mu form a fundamental system of neighbourhoods of 0 in L(G)L(G). By Theorem 1, there exist μ\mu and an open subgroup G′G' of G such that ψ(Lμ)\psi(L_\mu) and G′G' are isomorphic, whence the proposition.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
