General Topology, chapter I, § 8. Hausdorff spaces and regular spaces

Every product of Hausdorff spaces is Hausdorff. Conversely, if a product of non-empty spaces is Hausdorff, then each factor is a Hausdorff space.

Let X=∏i∈IXiX = \prod_{i \in I} X_i be a product of topological spaces. Then if x,yx, y are two distinct points of XX, we have pr⁡ix≠pr⁡iy\operatorname{pr}_i x \neq \operatorname{pr}_i y for some index ii, and Proposition 5 of no. 1 shows that XX is Hausdorff if the XiX_i are. Conversely, if XX is Hausdorff and the XiX_i are non-empty, then each XiX_i is homeomorphic to a subspace of XX (§ 4, no. 2, Proposition 4) and is therefore Hausdorff.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
