Commutative Algebra, chapter IV, § 1. Prime ideals associated with a module

If the ring A is Noetherian, the mapping p↦S−1p\mathfrak{p} \mapsto S^{-1}\mathfrak{p} is a bijection of AssA(M)∩Φ\mathrm{Ass}_A(M) \cap \Phi onto AssS−1A(S−1M)\mathrm{Ass}_{S^{-1}A}(S^{-1}M).

If A is not Noetherian, the mapping p↦S−1pp \mapsto S^{-1}p of AssA(M)∩Φ\mathrm{Ass}_A(M) \cap \Phi to AssS−1A(S−1M)\mathrm{Ass}_{S^{-1}A}(S^{-1}M) is not necessarily surjective (Exercise 1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
