General Topology, chapter I, § 4. Product of topological spaces

Let (Xi)i∈I(X_i)_{i \in I} be a family of topological spaces, (Jx)x∈K(J_x)_{x \in K} a partition of the set II, and for each x∈Kx \in K let Xx′=∏i∈JxXiX'_x = \prod_{i \in J_x} X_i be the product of the spaces XiX_i for i∈JKi \in J_K. Then the canonical mapping of the product space

∏i∈IXi onto the product space ∏x∈KXx′ \prod_{i \in I} X_i \text{ onto the product space } \prod_{x \in K} X'_x
is a homeomorphism.

This is a particular case of transitivity of initial topologies (§\S 2, no. 3, Proposition 5; cf. Set Theory, Chapter IV, § 2, no. 4, criterion CST 13).

Generally we identify the product spaces ∏i∈IXi\prod_{i \in I} X_i and ∏x∈KXx′\prod_{x \in K} X'_x by means of the canonical mapping.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
