General Topology, chapter I, § 8. Hausdorff spaces and regular spaces

If every point of a topological space XX has a closed neighbourhood which is a Hausdorff subspace of XX, then XX is Hausdorff.

Let x∈Xx \in X and let VV be a closed neighbourhood of xx in XX such that the subspace VV is Hausdorff. Then the closed neighbourhoods of xx in VV have {x}\{x\} as their intersection (axiom (H\textsuperscript{'})); but they are also closed neighbourhoods of xx in XX (§ 3, no. 1) and therefore XX satisfies (H\textsuperscript{i}).

There exist non-Hausdorff spaces in which every point has a Hausdorff neighbourhood (Exercise 7).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
